Yes it is .
On general note ( and probably preaching to the converted here ) looks to me like AR9 are building a very interesting network ....and hopefully one that produces compounding levels of revenue .
It is frustrating for shareholders about the share price - as it is with so many companies out there .
My view is that assuming they start to get some closure on their "pipeline " - and that's reflected in reported revenue things could change dramatically .
