AFR article says that the insurers have won the latest business interruption insurance test cases on most issues in the Federal Court. This should hopefully give share price some support tomorrow.
Decision can be appealed to the High Court if the policyholders can identify a point of law. But it can also mean the insurers can counter appeal on the lesser issues they lost on.
