I am only new at the stock market, but I see the spoofing quite a lot. I never knew what to call it before. It looks legitimate, which is why it is hard to detect according to the ASX. But actually I think it is easy to detect. A normal retail investor would not be putting up these buy/sell orders and then quickly making them disappear or move. Sometimes there are multiple separate buy orders - like 39 or 40 separate orders and then they all disappear/move (with no sale). This is obviously all done by bots, which retail does not have access to I assume.
