Over $9 so for me it is a case of running a wide trailing stop loss to cover the inevitable games that get played if the moneyflow into market slows down.
Can't afford not to be in market but need to hedge some downside risk should crap happen knowing
The push of $ into market is extraordinary and starting to flow down from bluechip further down index as valuations seem unsustainable at the top 20 stocks
