Correct me if I'm wrong but the green walls are good. It means their is liquidity and a cushion to sell into in case the price drops, so there is more incentive to buy. I'd be more worried if their were fake red walls than fake green walls. Green walls mean people want to push the price higher and stack the bids as a result, its only bad if there is a rugpull. Meanwhile short-sellers stacking the red walls puts alot more selling pressure on the stock.
