SMSF and personal. 2 district legal entities. I got an investment co too but doesn’t have IAG.
So you’re allowed and can take up different SPPs as distinct different entities that can have multiple ultimate beneficiaries holders too. It’s when you have say a HIN and SRN holding in same name that it’s not allowed. I had a relative try and do double SPP via that in other companies. They’d send back one application
