If you requested from your registry that you receive all relevant correspondence by mail,,,,, yes you will receive the offer in the post. Apart from some company reports, I get everything by mail. That way I have a record of the offer/information, have to read and file it, and the sender can’t say “it got lost in the email” ! I can also record (via old fashioned pen) on the offer document, if and how much of the offer I took up !
