HA BLOODY HA I was with these mungrels for over 10 years, I must have been one of their "sticky" clients!!! Last year (after 10 years of loyalty) they doubled my premium, probably because they thought I was "sticky" enough to wear it. Instead, I sent them a strongly worded letter, telling them what I thought of their company, and how they had shown me zero loyalty.
I will 100% cheerfully join the class action, and hopefully get back some of the premiums that they ripped from me. I'm glad that they are defending the action, and I hope they rack up a huge legal bill that they have to wear on top. What goes around, comes around.
I feel sorry for the shareholders that invested in this company (most likely through large super funds), they do not deserve to lose a cent, and if they do, no doubt there will be another class action.
