Insurance is a risk based business, I think the biggest risk to these insurers was how they over charged people during the Covid lock downs.
They did not adjust the premium down to reflect the low claim risk. I would say that in VIC claims would have been down over 80%.
IAG and SUN need to be held accountable for that gouge.
Youi are one company that refunded customers for the lower risk. IAG and SUN kept it all.
I am surprised that SUN isn't being taken for this a well
Slater and Gordon will have an easy case
