In no way was it implicit in the TH that they had entered into a binding agreement with NAB. That is just bulls**t.
They stated that they had entered into a 'material commercial agreement'. I would say a speccy entering into a MOU/SOU (whatever the NAB Legal Team want to call it) as a 'material commercial agreement'.
If people on HC were silly enough to get swept up and assume this meant a binding agreement NAB worth millions, then that is their own fault.
