There is no such thing as an MOU/SOU
They didnt have an MOU
They stated they had a commercial agreement with a leading financial entity, its NOT stupid to assume this would be around $1 million plus at all, the trading for 2 days before clarification certainly showed many assumed as much and indeed more
The NAB legal team didnt call it anything they denied having any agreement with IAM. Then magically it was an SOU
And great to hear you didnt get swept up, too bad you didnt sell when it was 7c+
