IPAC WA will have probably contributed very little to revenue as there would have been no incentive to grow the IPACWA business prior to handover to AMP. Why would they?
More likely, IPACWA would have been invoicing as many clients as possible and collecting debt for the last 3 months for handover.

The question is, now that IPACWA is owned by AMP, will AMP continue using IAM ?
Particularly if they were not using them prior. After all, the IPACWA buy out was already a done deal. Maybe AMP were using IAM..who knows, but I doubt it given they way this management play games with news, it would have been released somehow, somewhere.

If you had done your research you would know there is no question to answer. IPAC (including the WA franchise) was acquired by AXA in 2002 and subsequently became a wholly owned subsidiary of AMP when AXA and AMP merged in 2011.

The recent changes are about branding, not ownership.
