MW is no longer a Director, and therefore not required to lodge any Appendix 3Y's.
He ceased to be a Director in 8/17 and the appropriate Appendix 3Z (final directors interests) announcement was lodged at that time.
The question is where is the Change in Substantial Holding announcement from MW?
Based on the Top 20 report his holding has changed (dropped) by more than 1%, and that is what I believe the threshold is for announcement to be made.
