Think u about right but I have seen the same happen b4. No notice on a Sub change then was picked up in an Ann Report T20 several mths later and discussed on another stock then the notice came out a few mths after that so was about 12 mth + delay....go figure.
Don't know what repercussions r for the individual but maybe not very severe?
U would like to assume some kind of oversight by the Sub as it is them who has responsibility to lodge from my understanding.
