So no, this isn’t about “spreading negativity to buy cheaper.”It’s about calling out a pattern. Overpromise, underdeliver, and now poor internal handling of a restructure that affects real people.

yes, IAM needs to be profitable. But profitability doesn’t have to come at the expense of basic communication and respect which reflects the type of leadership at this company.
