Importantly, they don’t pay for these shares. They are given to them, so whilst we lose value, if we bought at say 25c since 2023, then they gain without paying a cent, and we lose dollars.
If he paid for the 20c shares, at a point in time, now we are talking. But they are basically bonus cash, so at 20c if it stays there for 3 years, and he ticks all five milestones, we earn zero and he gets $5.5M
Then add in dilution.
