Does the lack of comment on this announcement mean shareholders have already decided to vote for the spill that all six directors recommend against?
Are some of you still confused by the news that only a 25% vote against resolution 2, ie adoption of the 2013 Remuneration Report, can spill all, including Ian McMaster [but not Scott Lowe, CEO and new MD]?
