I guess you miss nothing. Fact is that Kitumba is obviously valued "zero".

The rest of the market cap seems be cash in the bank.

Now it's all about Kitumba, completion of DFS, possible further drilling successes and copper price.

Personally I expect some kind of re-balancing in the next months. Means SP should recover towards maybe 20 cents (?).

For more substantial moves we need unexpected and very positive news. However in my view the "new" Intrepid is not so unattractive like a lot of people currently think.
