Mr Senosi, one of the key Non executive directors looks to be one of the major shareholders that has moved to take over this company. He held 93.5m shares as of the 2023 annual report. For him to be part of this clearly demonstrates that he has concerns for his own holdings and also for the future of the company.
Anyone how is a smart investor would clearly see that this indicates a clear vote of no confidence for the rest of his board. Another reason to move now and take the offer as I see it. I’m not waiting to the last minute on the 5th April to see if this takeover happens they can give my holdings. And even if it’s up $0.05c today good luck. This stock will be smashed into pieces. 12 months without the takeover and smart management $0.02c if it’s still here. And listed. DYOR
