I'm a bit confused about this offer thing. Can anyone explain in layman's terms what will happen if I don't accept the offer? I assume I will still keep my shares , but is the share price likely to go down. Is there any risk that I will lose my shares at some point if Iberdrola has control of the company? There has been talk in this thread of delisting from the ASX if Iberdrola gets 75% of the shares. If that happened would they have to buy out the remaining shares at the market price?
