    Hi @Cedric_farm - at the end of the day its your personal choice but my understanding is if you sell on market you will only get market price which may or may not exceed $0.92 but you will definitely incur a transaction cost. If you accept the offer for take over then the price is fixed at $0.92 but you won't incur any transaction costs.
