So they effectively are trying to con investors by saying.... they are paying 82% premium which is bollocks... no company would proceed with a takeover at such a premium and where future revenue is so impaired. So this tells me that the company is still undervalued and that there is plenty of growth opportunities and that the current board do and did not have the capacity, skill or commitment to actually have a go...
