I'm not sure why people are buying at 92.5c. Now that Iberdrola have 97% of IFN they are able to takeover the remaining shares by forced acquisition (they can do this after they reach 90% for those new to takeovers). Why wait several months to get a cheque in the mail for 92c per share?
