uac has said its happy to hold a chunk of ifn as a consolation prize & because it gives them further exposure to australia.
i cant see them selling.
happy to be corrected , but wouldnt UAC make a good JV partner , they have plenty of cash and at this point no say in the company. In fact Uac could increase its share of ifn through equity investment in upcoming projects
if they didnt like iberdolas direction i guess they might sell , but there might be any number of interested parties jumping in.
