I don't think anyone is debating that there are some stocks out there however as we lose production from the mines that are closing these stocks will come out and get taken.
These off market stocks are just a speed bump they will slow things down a little but not stop the inevitable deficit appearing leading to a shortage of supply.
All in all Things are looking great in my opinion.
