I'm with you buyitlow, I can think of a lot worse outcomes such as the one you mention re NFC pulling out. But I think the ability to secure another interested party to develop and fund the project without legal ramifications has to be a big plus. This very scenario has recently been evidenced with REX minerals whom also have a similar agreement with NFC and have recently introduced a Korean coy into the mix essentially playing one against the other.

I think with the way the zinc market is heading there'll be no shortage of potential partners
