Also, another possibility... Some holders trying to play the SP down to encourage panic selling... If that happens, they they can catch big buy down the bottom by putting sudden big buy order. Let's say $0.039... So far it hasn't happen. If they want to buy back, they have to catch the way up now... It's the risk investor play. Just a method often played in specky stock.
To manipulate blue chips like TLS or WOW you need a billion. It rarely happens.
