Most interesting point I noted, perhaps i misunderstood, is that the UX (User Experience) will be all IBM and not what TTB currently offers. Unclear as to whether they are vastly different, however it got me thinking that IBM with its vast workforce and skillset would be far better placed to build and support and ongoing UX than TTB. Also means that all TTB is doing is providing the fuel to the engine room....so incredibly scaleable. IBM is the entity facing the Govt customer, supporting every aspect of customer engagement.
Would explain the answer to no additional Capex or OpEx required to scale it up.
Interested in the thoughts of others.
