    Edward R Flynn, Erika Vreeland are not major share holders either, and the sale price to MHTX was not expensive.

    I believe you have to do due diligence and research before investing into speculative stocks, and we can only speculate as to why certain people have not taken positions in this company.

    As for the product , I believe the SPIONS will work . For me the question will be how good.
