If it were CAR selling on market then a change in substantial shareholder notice would've been required by now.
The fact that CAR has not sold down (as far as we know) gives me comfort that the recent sell down is an over reaction. Yes, the recent announcement warrants a repricing but 44c appears to be an overshoot...as did the $1.88 a couple of years back.
