    Both the Board and management deserve blame, not because of the dismal results but because of the belated way that it was disclosed - the "greedy and crooked insiders" - as mentioned by another poster.

    Next, a capital placement in order to build market presence through acquisition, followed early next year by another capital placement to instos to meet operational cashflow requirements.
