Thank you for your inquiry.  I believe in the longer term future of iCar Asia which is why I have joined the company and moved to Asia in June.

With regards to your questions, iCar Asia has complied with all of its ASX reporting obligations with regards to the latest releases of financial information.

Appendix 4D Half Year Report will be released to the market on 25 August 2016 after which time I will be able to comment on you question with
regards to the trend in revenue. iCar Asia portals remains the clear leading automotive vertical site across ASEAN's three largest automotive markets and its competitive position in these markets remain one of its key assets.

iCar Asia's funding position is being reviewed and we will update the market on any decisions on this in due course.
