true - but obviously having followed/owned the stock one can see that icq has the capacity to be a +$1 stock fairly easily. Therefore 40cents seems pretty decent price to me.
At the same time the fact that car have reduced their overall holding in icq from 22.9 - 20.2% (I think) makes a short term takeover less likely imo
