I know this will sound negative but why buy when there is a significant chance the price may go lower... it was widely reported previously by brokers that this company had enough cash on the runway after the previous capital raising in JUly 2015 t get through. I refused to be part of that CR due to ridiculous discount they offered. I then was forced to sell due to my partner having a conflict of interest with the company and had to get out at a minor loss at about $1. Now my partner no longer has a conflict of interest I have had a renewed interest in this stock for a short stag only.. but I think we are over 12 months away from Car sales taking a dig. But to raise 23mil for a company that is still only generating <4mil a year in revenue is not making sense.
