Just because you do not understand the BOD’s approach does not mean they have no plan.

Rather than adopt your approach of what “might” happen with a change in board members From experience I understand what happens when management changes strategy halfway through a process.

Im glad that you are happy to wager you investment on what a new set of board member might do, given they have no knowledge of the current status or strategy, however I’m not willing to wager my investment in the same manner as you.

In fact I will base my investment on research and minimising the “unknown unknowns” rather than maximising them by bringing unknown entities onto the board
