Look, the ICC process is what it is. We have come this far and put our faith in the international judicial system. Let's let it play out. If there is unreasonable delaying then the arbitrator or our lawyers will call it out.
AIMHO but I am optimistic of a positive outcome and this 'Legal' win will be the trigger for the DRC Govt to have enough 'legal' evidence to begin the ball rolling. Regardless of other ICC cases and potential appeals etc, this will tip the balance to trigger the issue of the ML. The president therefore has a defendable position with all stakeholders to move forward....and move forward they must!
