Funny how people on here thought there'd be an outcome on day 1 of proceedings. These court things are like watching paint dry.
A "procedural timeline" will be provided in the coming weeks. I wonder what that timeline will have? Maybe a few months here and there to allow for appeals and what not. There would surely have to be allowance for appeals. I don't know any court/tribunal that doesn't allow for appeals. There's not a snowball's chance in hell that this thing will list before the 24 month listing expiry in May(?) next year.
