One year deal with support and maintenance could be OpEx or CapEx. In 2021 when we will know whether its recurring or not. It would be nice to see the deal increase.
Breaking even is my point XGossipGoat, ICE needs to have 30-45 deals of that size across the line by the end of the year. The financials aren't healthy enough at present to go much further than 9 months and from the recent hire announcements, the bonuses that were paid as a result of the IPO (in the prospectus) and proposed increased spending for sales & marketing, how quickly will they need to do another raise? Before 2020 is out and without significant contracts in place they will have to do another raise.
