I am saying this an a holder but Green you may be overselling this way too much.

As it is pointed out its 200+ including leads which can amount to nothing.

That being said a few things I should clear up.

SAAS doesn't always host applications on their own network. Adobe is a SAAS, Nvidia provides SAAS for machine learning and such but they dont provide the equipment. In the prospectus it specifically states that they help set up and integrate the system on their clients premises. You can't make a business model if you had to provide the equipment.

Secondly the drop in revenue was because they gave a client the option to outright purchase the software which lead to a big jump in revenue in one year followed by the drop the next year. This excludes them from future updates of the software ettc.

I am excited for the prospects of the software, they talked about scalability into the medical field into stuff such as monitoring patients and such if done right could be massive eclipsing security as a whole.

I think as a whole the company at the very least provides the opportunity for a potential takeover target for a larger player to move into the market.

We got to remember that Appen (APX) started off with a puny valuation with non existent revenues and now its the best performing ipo on the market
