Ross needs to be removed, year after year goes by with zero profit to share holders. All thats been achieved is a constant decline in the share price with ICG currently sitting at rock bottom levels. Im no expert but Ross has under delivered & underperformed while getting a big fat wage over the years while no doubt living a comfy lifestyle while share holders get jack, zip, zero in return.
We need a leader to drive this company into profits, not into the ground.
