why risk establishing another studio from scratch, when:
one exists that is established with proper governance in place, it has multiple AAA clients (Disney, Lego...) already, is working on establishing & producing their own IP portfolio, has +140 staff etc; & that appears to be at a massive discount!
investing $1.59 million into established MKL for sub-holding status is 100% lower risk imo; ICI can now help them grow faster
