the whole thing about this SBB is smart.
it works like this. If share is cheap and no one buy, the company will buy them pushing it up. Then the only stocks available to purchase later is a more expensive price.
If buyers clean up the cheaper price, then its good for the company and existing holders. The company doesnt need to spend any money to buy back any stocks. The only expenses is probably some consultation cost with the broker.
We already see the effect of this arrangement before the actual buy back kick in.
