@ IPO Mighty Kingdom's MC was $45 million:
taking out a 7.78% stake for $1.59 million is >50% discount:
on surface this appears like a bargain.
lots is going on at MKL to grow & increase revenue; maybe they'll even grow faster than ICI;
taking this stake at their ATL is good diversification imo, & the doors it opens should not be underestimated for example MKL is currently looking towards: "outsourcing of quality assurance and usability testing, and language localisation, culturalisation and interpretation functions" -- ICI could help them with all of that immediately. mutually beneficial
