I actually think the worse off it may be nearly over the buyer to seller ratio has dramatically changed in the last 24 hours. 24 hours ago it had a 3million buyers vs 9million sellers. Today it’s 0ver 7 million buyers vs 9million sellers with it slowly improving. I actually think it maybe your last chance to get buy in price. Just a thought.
