The revenue rankings are from the Google Play Store directly and can be found on lots of sites!
Even if it turns out the pay per user during Early Access is less than Masketeers, due to the high retention rate and longevity of play this may not be that important in the long run. They may not want to report a number because it could be misintepreted.
