Agreed! In terms of staff I think most areas of Game Dev are covered quite well. If they can get some programmers with AAA experience on board (as in from the big companies EA, Ubisoft, Activision etc) they'll have staff that cover the entire spectrum. Alternatively, if the current programmers successfully make the leap this mightn't be needed. I'm sure they've been working on this over the last 6 or so months.
With Lemon Sky, ICI have the art side covered. Appxplore and Joyseed have experience in the mobile space. Gameconomy has experience in backend and infrastructure. Storms has the ability to reach many users through Singtel (if they utilise this). Through the Froyo Platform they can enter Web3. There appears to be a nice synergy of teams.
