    WOW .... this is unexpected. A$10.5m raise !! ICI is getting into a very different league with this raise. It will have a strong balance sheet to expand in US and China. Definitely a hint that more is to come - announcements on US and China coming soon I think ! Massive re-rating upwards . DYor.
