The acquisitions still form a much larger company now with a much greater end goal and plenty more money flow, which personally I believe warrants a larger market cap (especially when you compare to so many other listed entities with a similar MC)
I definitely get that some will be on the fence until it eventuates but hopefully the entire group can now scale much quicker in a space that warrants fast action and first mover advantage
And as we found out yesterday, our major shareholder is the best strategic partner we could have hoped for with where iCandy ventures now
