I believe so because I think that the value of the ICandy Digital assets when consolidated under Rightbridge will have a higher value when Rightbridge IPO as planned than they do when held by ICI. I think ICI will realise this value through their Rightbridge holding which will be 25% of Rightbridge if the transaction is allowed.
