To me, this is just the right time to accumulate prior to a placement by a major at .18c Who was only stating in an article the other day all of the board members approve the investment. Well it was .30c so imo they are getting a huge bargain and they will also be able to back the Cobalt company.
Sub 18c for me is a no brainer !
